- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment
- No-shows without prior cancellation may result in forfeit of fees
- Doctor confirmation will be sent via SMS and email

4. Payment & Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway
- Cancellation is NOT possible within 24 hours of booking an appointment

- The app is provided "AS IS" without any warranties or guarantees
